Gate- and globe-valve body enquiries are offered in ZG25 or ZG35 cast steel or CF8 stainless steel. Sand casting and investment casting are route choices, with CNC-machined internal-cavity interfaces defined through the actual body drawing and required delivered stage.

Specify the grade and pressure-design basis

Pressure-designation choices include PN10, PN16, PN25, 150#, 300# or custom requirements. Identify the governing standard, temperature and service conditions for the selected body. Keep these designations within their applicable design basis when agreeing the material and component acceptance.

Control the internal and connection geometry

Provide the cavity, sealing and connection interfaces and identify the dimensions requiring CNC machining. CT5–CT8 is the stated tolerance reference; agree its casting route, controlled dimensions and inspection basis. The drawing should distinguish the body's supplied condition from any requirements for a complete assembled valve.

  • Select ZG25, ZG35 or CF8 with the governing material document.
  • Specify pressure designation, service medium and temperature.
  • Mark internal-cavity, sealing and connection dimensions.
  • Define CMM coverage and required component tests.
  • Request mill certificates or EN 10204 3.1 documents as applicable.

Complete the coating and reporting scope

Anti-rust primer plus top coat or shot blasting are surface options. Quality control is stated as 100% CMM inspection with a dimensional report. Agree coating boundaries and the dimensions to be reported, keeping the inspection and material records tied to the ordered body. Online technical support and video calls are offered after warranty for the supplied component.
