Our ServiceSupply metal parts solution as per customer's drawings/ samples
Jack-body and other custom iron castings are offered from drawings or samples, with grey-iron and ductile-iron grade selection. GGG50, GG25, GGG40 and FCD500 are named enquiries, with CNC work and finishing defined for the actual component.
Select the grade and jack-body geometry
Provide the complete material designation and applicable standard, then show the body's mounting and functional interfaces. Define the load or operating acceptance required by the jack design. The material labels should remain selected grade requirements rather than assumed equivalents for every casting.
Separate casting limits from machined acceptance
The jack-body casting reference is CT9–CT11. CNC machining, drilling, milling, boring and tapping are named operations, with machining up to IT7 and an Ra 0.8–3.2 reference. Specify the roughness unit, controlled dimensions and inspection stage so each requirement can be applied where it matters.
- Supply the body drawing or identified reference sample.
- Select GGG50, GG25, GGG40, FCD500 or the agreed grade.
- Mark cast dimensions and finished machining interfaces.
- Define coating coverage and component-acceptance checks.
- State quantity and the required supplied condition.
Agree coating, packing and qualification
Dacromat coating and finish painting are named choices. Specify the actual coating requirement and any interfaces needing protection. Packing is a multilayer wooden box with a large inner plastic bag, and ISO9001 is the qualification reference; request the applicable supplier documents alongside the approved drawing and inspection brief for the selected jack body.
