Custom iron component enquiries should identify the grade and route required by the design. This OEM/ODM scope includes grey-iron investment casting and ductile-iron sand casting. In-house mould making, customer dimensions and professional inspection are stated services for the selected component.
Identify the iron component and casting requirement
Provide the drawing and the material designation required for the part. Define the investment- or sand-casting request against its geometry and intended use. A separate die-casting enquiry must identify the actual material and applicable process rather than combine all route names for every iron grade.

Define deburring and surface treatment

Agree professional inspection and order acceptance
State the dimensional, material and surface checks needed for the selected casting. Any eco-friendly requirement should identify the relevant environmental criteria or documents for the project. Carton packing is stated for supply. The material, route and finished condition should describe the same component so the quotation has a clear inspection and purchasing basis.
