Custom heavy-duty industrial bracket enquiries cover iron sand castings with OEM/ODM dimensions and shape. Select the complete iron grade and the required service-load conditions for the actual drawing. Optional machining and requested surface treatment can be defined for the supplied component.
Describe the bracket’s structural connections
Show mounting faces, attachment details and locating geometry within the industrial assembly. Identify the loads and working environment relevant to material selection. Mark the datum relationships and dimensions controlling installation, with the required material condition included in the component brief.
Apply precision to selected interfaces
The casting-tolerance reference is CT4–CT6. Confirm its scope for the selected route and dimensions, with any separate machined limits defined independently. Identify cast areas and finished interfaces, including the stage at which their geometry is accepted.
Specify the final surface and custom color
Describe the selected treatment, appearance and coverage for the bracket. Mark masking or a particular contact condition where finishing affects fit. Tie any reference sample to the drawing and the faces it is intended to illustrate.
Agree small-order inspection and packing
Small orders are accepted and carton packing is listed. Define protection appropriate to the finished geometry, alongside quantity and the controlled revision. The stated 100% inspection should follow agreed characteristics, checks and acceptance limits for the selected bracket. Connect material, dimensional and surface approval records to the actual supplied state so prototype or production acceptance has a clear component basis.
