OEM/ODM power and propulsion enquiries include turbocharger and turbine-wheel components in Inconel 718 or 625, titanium alloy or stainless steel. Investment/lost-wax casting, CNC machining and HIP scope can be defined for the selected drawing. Separate vacuum, sand or die-casting requests require their own compatible material and route.

Match operating references to the chosen alloy and component

The temperature-resistance reference is ≥1000°C and explicitly alloy dependent. Rotational speed is referenced as 30,000–100,000 RPM. Establish the applicable component, alloy condition, duty and supporting test basis before adopting those values as service limits for a turbine-engine, UAV-propulsion or industrial-power application.

Define geometry and the final surface

Assign the ±0.01–0.05 mm tolerance reference to agreed dimensions and supplied stages. Grinding, polishing, sand blasting, coating and heat treatment are listed. Mark controlled interfaces, treatment coverage and measurement conditions, with material and dimensional records for approval.

  • Identify the actual kerosene- or diesel-engine component request.
  • Supply 2D PDF, DWG or DXF, or 3D STEP, IGS or STP files.
  • Define carton or plywood-case packing with anti-rust protection.
  • State quantity and the included component or assembly boundary.

Set testing and warranty coverage

Outgoing-inspection video and a machinery test report are provided; agree their actual component and operating scope. A two-year warranty is listed subject to agreed coverage and terms. Retain the accepted material, duty and inspection requirements with the order so the propulsion-part enquiry has an explicit approval basis.
