Industrial and construction-equipment component enquiries include aluminum sand castings and separately selected grey-iron, ductile-iron or ADI parts. OEM/ODM customization should identify the actual material grade, casting route and equipment drawing for each requested item.

Use the equipment geometry to guide selection
Show the dimensions and datums that determine how the casting fits the assembly. Size is customized, so the approved drawing should establish the part's full geometry. Explain the operating requirements that influence the material choice and any acceptance checks needed for the intended duty.
Choose the relevant tests and governing documents
Testing resources include spectrograph, CMM, roughness tester and tension tester. Define the actual methods, inspected areas and limits needed for the component. Named standard families are DIN, AISI, SAE, ASTM, UNS, GOST, ISO, BS, EN and JIS; specify the applicable documents for the selected material and design.
Separate fabrication and supplier-approval requirements
Blanking, bending, forming, welding and anodizing are additional requests for appropriate selected items. Give each one a clear geometry and process definition. Request applicable ISO9001, TS16949 or RoHS supplier documents and scope, along with any exact test or environmental-qualification documents required by purchasing, so approval remains tied to the ordered component.
