Custom component enquiries include iron and steel sand casting with CNC work, alongside separately selected aluminum, stainless-steel, copper or plastic parts. Named material requests are GG20, GG25, QT400, QT450, Q235, Q355, S355 and S460, with the actual standard and production route agreed for each drawing.
Identify how the thickness range applies
The stated thickness reference is 3–200 mm. Mark the relevant wall or section dimensions on the drawing and identify the component being requested. Keep the full material designation and required supplied condition with those dimensions so the quotation addresses the actual part.
Define each alternative material and route
Additional die-casting and vacuum-aspirated-casting requests need their own metal and process specification. Plastic components require an appropriate separately selected manufacturing brief. For CNC work, identify the interfaces and dimensional requirements that must be accepted after machining.
- Submit the component drawing and complete material requirement.
- Mark the sections governed by the thickness reference.
- Select sand casting, another route or separate plastic work.
- Define polishing, custom-logo and dimensional acceptance.
- State quantity and the component's application requirements.
Specify inspection and finished appearance
Quality control is described as 100% inspection. Identify the material, dimensional and polished-surface checks needed for approval, including any logo details. Automotive-component enquiries should include the actual assembly duty and mating geometry so the finished part can be assessed against its controlled drawing and supplied-condition requirements.
