Metal-fabrication requests should identify the component and its selected manufacturing branch. This enquiry includes iron shell-mould and sand-cast parts, including ductile iron, alongside separate brass CNC-machining work for industrial equipment. Machining-to-assembly support and customer-requested surface treatment are included in the brass-component scope.

Choose the casting or brass-machining requirement

Provide the part drawing and identify the iron or brass grade required by the design. An iron shell-mould or sand-casting request should define its casting route and delivered condition. A brass-machined component needs its own blank, finished dimensions and assembly requirements.

  • Supply 2D PDF/CAD drawings or 3D IGES/STEP geometry.
  • Identify the selected material and manufacturing branch.
  • Mark critical interfaces and dimensional limits.
  • Specify surface treatment and assembly deliverables.

Allocate machining-center work to the geometry

The brass-machining service names 3-, 4- and 5-axis centers. Identify the operations and finished interfaces required for the actual part. Axis options should be considered with the component drawing, while dimensional acceptance is established by the specified limits and inspection requirements.

Define machining-to-assembly support

State whether the deliverable is an individual brass component or an assembly. Show the items included and the interfaces that must be controlled together. The industrial-equipment application should describe the intended assembly and service conditions relevant to acceptance.

Agree the small-order supply scope

Small orders are accepted. Identify the quantity, selected finish and required supplied condition for the component being quoted. Keep the drawing revision and acceptance criteria consistent across casting, machining or assembly requests so the quotation addresses the actual deliverable.
