OEM/ODM custom component enquiries cover gray iron, ductile iron, cast steel, stainless steel or aluminum. Select a suitable sand, lost-wax investment or die-casting route for the drawing. Turning, milling and five-axis machining are named work options for the required finished geometry.

Assign limits to the selected interfaces

The tolerance span is ±0.1 mm to ±0.5 mm. Define the limits for each dimension and processing stage, with the relevant datums and supplied condition. Roughness is referenced as Ra0.2–Ra3.2; identify the unit, measured surfaces and required assessment method.

Set the final surface and appearance

Sandblasting, painting, polishing, electrophoresis and electroplating are named treatments for appropriate selected materials. Mark coverage or masking at functional areas and define the contact condition required after finishing. Include visual criteria on identified faces alongside their dimensional acceptance.

  • Provide quantity and the controlled revision.
  • State the complete grade and material condition.
  • Mark cast and finished-interface boundaries.
  • Define material and dimensional approval records.

Complete identification and sample requirements

Custom logos are accepted and the minimum order is 10 pieces. Provide artwork, placement and the intended identification result for the part. Identify placement restrictions where marking could interact with fitted or visible faces. Agree what the approval sample must demonstrate for geometry and appearance, keeping production acceptance tied to the selected material, actual route and final supplied-state definition rather than a combined set of unrelated processes.
