Machinery-component enquiries combine custom sand casting with CNC machining, heat treatment and the requested final surface. Dimensions and material are defined for the actual drawing. Identify the complete grade and required condition alongside the equipment function the component must serve.
Use machinery fit to identify key dimensions
Show mounting, locating and working contacts within the intended assembly. Mark the datums and dimensions that determine fit or operation. These key sizes receive 100% QC, while production also uses random inspection; define the measurement methods and records appropriate to each scope.
Set the delivered treatment and machining stage
Identify which material condition is required and where final CNC dimensions must be established. Distinguish cast-state geometry from interfaces accepted after further work. Define painting, powder coating or another customer-requested finish with coverage and masking relevant to the functional surfaces.
Provide the order and drawing package
Supply 2D PDF/CAD or 3D IGES/STEP information. The minimum-order reference is 100; agree the unit and component scope with the requested quantity. Identify the controlled revision and explain what any approval sample should demonstrate.
- Packing combines bubble bag, carton and wooden crate.
- Specify protection for exposed finished interfaces.
- Identify material, dimensional and surface approval evidence.
- Retain agreed drawing changes with the component definition.
Keep the selected grade, key-size inspection brief and delivered state aligned so acceptance follows the actual machinery casting order.
