ServiceCustom Casting parts as per drawings or sample
Custom-made aluminum parts are offered in ZL101, A356 or another requested alloy through low-pressure casting, gravity casting or sand casting. The service follows drawings or samples. Select the actual alloy and route for the component before defining its final dimensions and supplied condition.
Separate casting and machining requirements
The casting tolerance reference is CT5–7 for cast aluminum. Define finished dimensional limits separately for features requiring machining. Available operations include CNC machining, lathing, milling, turning, boring and drilling. Show the interfaces and datums that those operations must establish for installation or assembly.
Choose the finished surface condition
Surface treatments include anodizing, painting or another customer-requested finish. Identify the relevant areas and the required result for the selected alloy. Distinguish visible surfaces from mating features and specify the manufacturing stage at which dimensional acceptance will be assessed.
Plan the sample and production approval
Sample test orders are available, while the mass-production minimum is 100 pieces. Define which geometry, material and surface requirements the initial part must demonstrate. Agree inspection coverage and any qualification records needed to approve the chosen aluminum component.
- Provide the controlled drawing or a clearly defined sample-based specification.
- State the selected alloy, route and quantity.
- Identify machined interfaces and final acceptance limits.
Packing uses multilayer wooden boxes or pallets with a large plastic bag inside. Keep approved design changes connected to the component's material, machining and finish scope so later production requests remain tied to the same accepted supplied condition.
