Custom magnesium-alloy and titanium-alloy component enquiries include selected sand-casting or high-pressure die-casting requests with polished surfaces. Choose a manufacturing route suitable for the actual alloy and geometry. Define the complete grade and required supplied condition for each component being ordered.

Establish the part and its material requirement

Provide the actual drawing and intended function. Show the interfaces connecting the component to surrounding equipment and state the operating conditions relevant to material selection. Identify the governing alloy specification and condition needed by that particular design.

Translate precision into drawing-controlled geometry

Mark datums and dimensional limits at mounting, mating and working interfaces. Identify which surfaces are accepted in their cast condition and which need a particular finished result. Specify measurement conditions and any relationships requiring joint assessment to establish assembly fit.

Define polished-surface acceptance

Show the coverage and required appearance for the selected substrate. Identify working contacts where the finish affects function or installation. Define the material, dimensional and visual records needed to approve the actual component in its supplied state.

  • Provide quantity and the controlling drawing revision.
  • Identify the selected material and compatible route for each item.
  • Explain the purpose of a sample or initial component.
  • Retain approved grade and surface changes with the order.

Keep acceptance connected to the selected alloy, component geometry and polished result for the actual intended use.
