Custom aluminum-alloy suspension steering knuckles can be requested through OEM sand casting and CNC machining. The component includes CNC-finished bores and mounting holes, with an M12 thread reference. Select the complete alloy and condition around the actual suspension design and required supplied state.
Establish the vehicle-specific fit
Provide the knuckle drawing and the mating suspension relationships for the selected application. Show locating references and the dimensions controlling installation. Define the actual operating duty and acceptance requirements behind the heavy-duty and high-strength descriptions.
Complete the machined-interface requirements
Identify the controlled bores, hole locations and their relationships to adjoining components. Specify dimensional limits and measurement conditions for final fit assessment. Complete the thread requirement with the applicable pitch, form and acceptance details needed by that design.
Set material and component approval
Define the material, dimensional and surface records needed to establish the selected knuckle’s acceptance. Connect the stable-OEM-quality requirement to the actual drawing, supplied condition and approval criteria. Explain what an initial component must demonstrate against its vehicle-specific mating arrangement.
- State the steering-knuckle quantity and controlling assembly revision.
- Identify cast-state regions and final surface conditions at working contacts.
- Provide the selected application and fitment information.
- Retain approved alloy and interface changes with the component record.
Confirm subsequent knuckles against that same design and its accepted supplied-state requirements for the specified suspension assembly and application.
