OEM sand cast parts can be requested in copper, stainless steel, brass, grey iron or A356 aluminum. Sizes and tolerances follow the customer’s 3D drawing and client specification. Choose the complete material designation around the actual component’s geometry, intended duty and supplied condition.

Define the drilled and threaded connections

The process includes casting, deburring, drilling and threading. Show which locations require each operation and how the connections relate to the assembled part. Provide the complete thread requirements and dimensional references needed to evaluate their installation and final fit.

  • Identify the controlling 3D design revision and any dimensions needing individual acceptance limits.
  • Mark functional contacts separately from surfaces governed by appearance requirements.
  • State the quantity and the records needed for initial component approval.

Choose the delivered surface result

Color and surface treatment can be customized to the selected component. Define treated areas and the required condition at edges, visible faces and working interfaces. Relate these requirements to the chosen alloy and the stage at which the finished dimensions are checked.

Agree inspection for the ordered casting

Strict 100% inspection is offered for the actual part, with methods, coverage and records to agree against its drawing. Request applicable ISO9001 documentation with relevant supplier or activity scope. Explain any application-specific acceptance requirements, keeping approved changes to material, connections or appearance attached to the same component definition used for further manufacturing requests.
