Industrial aluminum-alloy sand-casting enquiries include CNC precision machining and customized OEM/ODM work. Provide the component drawing and complete material specification for the selected design. The requested supplied condition should connect casting geometry, finished interfaces and the required surface.

Give precision a functional drawing basis

Show the mounting, mating and contacting areas that determine fit within the industrial assembly. Mark datum relationships and dimensional limits for the interfaces requiring CNC work. Identify cast geometry and any allowance requirements, keeping final measurement tied to the stage being ordered.

Select the delivered surface

Sandblasting, painting, polishing or another customer-required finish can be requested. Define coverage, masking and appearance for the selected treatment. Mark contact areas needing a particular surface condition and state the acceptance stage where finishing affects a controlled dimension.

  • Identify the quantity and controlled revision.
  • Specify the full alloy and required condition.
  • Mark cast and finished-interface boundaries.
  • Define material and dimensional approval records.
  • Describe the reference sample’s role.

Identify standards and qualification scope

GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN and BS are standard-family references. Select the actual document and grade required for the component, with the checks and records needed for approval. Request relevant ISO9001:2015 certificate scope alongside those requirements. Retain the same material, geometry and final surface definition for sample and production acceptance so the casting has a clear component-specific order basis.
