Custom coated-sand casting enquiries include QT500-7, FCD400 or FCD450 ductile-iron options with CNC machining. Gray-iron, stainless-steel and aluminum die-casting parts are separate material and route requests. Select the governing grade for the customer drawing, keeping its required condition and supplied component clearly defined.
Apply the casting limit before assigning machining
The casting-tolerance reference is ±1 mm. Identify the dimensions it governs and the acceptance stage for the cast form. Any additional finished-interface requirements need their own limits, datums and CNC work scope on the drawing.
Choose the finish for the selected substrate
Painting, anodizing and electroplating are finishing requests for suitable materials. Mark coverage and masking at mating or locating areas. Define the final contact and appearance condition used to judge the delivered part, especially where surface treatment interacts with fit.

Set sample and order acceptance
Samples are available and the minimum order is 10 pieces. Drawing information can be supplied as 2D PDF or DWG and 3D IGES or STEP. The stated 100% inspection needs an agreed checking scope for the selected material, geometry and finish. Connect sample approval and production acceptance to those requirements, with each supplied component evaluated against its own grade and route.
