Drawing-based OEM/ODM component enquiries include selected sand, lost-wax precision, gravity or die casting with CNC machining. Choose the actual material, incoming form and route for the geometry. Small quantities are available, with the supplied condition defined by the customer drawing.
Select the grade and manufacturing scope together
Material references are ADC10, ADC12, A360, A380, A390, 5052, 6061, 6063, 2017 and 7075. Specify the complete grade and required condition, then assign suitable casting or machining work. Mark cast areas and the interfaces requiring final dimensions rather than assuming every grade uses every listed route.
Define finish and dimension acceptance
Powder coating, polishing, nickel plating, anodizing and electrophoresis are named choices. Identify coverage, masking and appearance on the selected substrate. Mark the datums, limits and assessment stage for fitted interfaces affected by processing or the delivered surface.
Assign inspection to the actual order
The stated scope is 100% inspection before shipment. Define the characteristics, checks and records needed for the component’s material, final geometry and surface. Include quantity, controlled revision and what any sample must demonstrate for approval.
Set capacity and qualification requirements
The production-capacity reference is above 50 tonnes per month; confirm the allocation for the selected grade and work package. Request applicable ISO9001, IATF16949 and ISO14001 documentation and scope. Keep sample and production acceptance connected to the same drawing, manufacturing request and supplied-state definition.
