Quality Control100% InspectionServiceOEM\ODM
OEM/ODM component enquiries include steel and stainless-steel investment castings and separately selected grey- or ductile-iron sand-cast parts. Choose the actual grade, manufacturing route and delivered condition for the drawing before defining the finish and inspection requirements.
Establish the material and geometry for the order
Provide the component's role, complete material requirement and controlled drawing revision. Mark the mounting and mating interfaces that determine acceptance. Keep that approved geometry with the selected manufacturing brief throughout the quotation and component-approval process.
- Select the metal grade and requested casting route.
- Submit the drawing and required order quantity.
- Mark controlled dimensions and supplied stages.
- Define surface treatment and appearance requirements.
- Specify inspection and applicable qualification documents.
Assign the precision and surface requirements
The tolerance reference is 0.01 mm. Identify its convention and the dimensions accepted at each manufacturing stage. Polishing, painting, powder coating, sandblasting and electroplating are named finishes; choose the treatment appropriate to the selected metal and mark its coverage on the component.
Define the inspection and document scope
Quality control is stated as 100% inspection. Specify the dimensional, material and visual checks needed for the ordered part. Request the actual IATF16949:2016 and ISO16949:2009 qualification documents to establish their identity and applicability, keeping the required supplier scope with the drawing and acceptance brief for the selected casting. Identify the component and processes those qualification documents must cover.
