Custom sand-cast part and frame enquiries include drawing-defined thickness and a powder-coated finish. Material choices cover gray iron, zinc, aluminum, copper or steel, selected separately for the actual component. OEM/ODM work should identify the required metal, geometry and route before defining the finished appearance.
Distinguish the frame’s manufacturing scope
Punching, stamping, bending and riveting are additional options for suitable fabricated work. Mark the cast, formed or joined areas in the request so the selected operations correspond to the frame design. Include connection geometry and any assembly constraints that determine its final shape.
Give thickness a drawing location
Identify the sections or walls requiring a particular thickness and show the datum relationships used to check them. Include mating and mounting dimensions with their acceptance limits.
