Wear-resistant iron sand-casting enquiries cover crusher, mixer and construction-machinery parts, with separate aluminum-alloy die-cast component requests. Select the actual grade and route for the individual drawing. The operating conditions and required delivered state should establish the acceptance brief for the machinery part.
Define the wear duty of the requested iron part
Identify the component function, working contact and service conditions relevant to the design. Include the mating geometry and any dimensions that control installation or replacement. The wear requirement should be expressed through the actual acceptance needed for that duty rather than a general machinery description.
- Provide the controlled drawing and required quantity.
- State the complete material designation and condition.
- Mark mounting interfaces and measurement references.
- Identify dimensional, material and surface records.
Specify the separate aluminum component
For the die-cast item, show its own geometry and the interfaces needing further work. Machining can be included where required and powder coating is the named treatment. Define the coating and masking boundaries for that selected part, including the final contact-surface condition.
Connect supply scope with approval
Agree the actual delivered condition for each component and the inspection basis used to approve it. If a sample or first part is requested, identify the drawing revision, grade and service requirements governing that decision. The same references should carry into the order so the quotation and acceptance instructions concern the same machinery component.
