Explain the crusher contact and wear duty
Show the working surfaces and the geometry that locates or secures the part in the crusher. Describe operating conditions relevant to its service and the acceptance properties required by the design. Identify the heat-treated condition and the records needed to assess the selected material.
Use the drawing to control replacement fit
Tolerances follow the customer’s drawing request, and STP data can be submitted. Mark the mounting datums, fitted dimensions and areas needing machining. If an existing part is provided as a reference, distinguish intended geometry from service wear and identify the drawing requirements governing replacement acceptance.
Define the delivered surface
Specify the sand-blasted condition needed on the casting and any functional surfaces requiring a different final state. Connect dimensional approval to the stage at which the part will be installed. Customer-specific packing can be requested to protect the required geometry and surfaces.
Set the qualification and order records
Provide quantity and the controlled revision alongside the material and part-acceptance requirements. For the ISO9001-2008 reference, identify the relevant certificate and current scope. Agree sample approval around the crusher interfaces and required properties, giving production acceptance a clear component-specific basis.
