Iron-casting references should lead back to the material and drawing of the required component. This custom service accepts GG25, GJL grey-iron and GJS ductile-iron enquiries with customized sizes and CNC processing. Establish the selected grade and the finished item before applying the tolerance or choosing its surface treatment.
Keep the material wording distinct
GG25, GJL and GJS do not identify one interchangeable iron grade. Specify the exact designation and standard required by the component, with broader steel, stainless-steel, aluminum or copper enquiries treated separately. The accepted material requirement should accompany the part geometry throughout the casting and machining discussion.
Locate the CT range on the order drawing
The tolerance reference is CT4-CT6, with the applicable dimensions and production stage to be agreed for the selected part. Show the relevant datums and inspection basis on the drawing. This gives the requirement a defined role in the completed component instead of applying a general range to every surface.
- 2D drawings can be provided as PDF, DXF or DWG.
- 3D geometry choices include STEP, IGS and PRT.
- Component sizes are customized for the request.
- Carton and wooden-box packing are available.
Use CNC work for the selected geometry
CNC, turning, milling and 5-axis processing are included in the service scope. Identify the work needed by the component and distinguish those finished areas from the cast blank. The machining brief should remain attached to the chosen material and the acceptance dimensions of the order.
Define finish and application acceptance
Painting, oxidation, polishing, electrophoresis and electroplating are surface-treatment options. Industrial, automotive, agricultural, aviation, construction and electrical projects should bring their own component requirements to the enquiry. A specified finish and assembly context let the buyer assess the proposed iron part against the actual application.
