Custom CNC-machine-bed enquiries include FC200 gray-iron castings and a separately selected ductile-iron option. OEM/ODM sizes follow the machine-bed design. Broader sand-casting, die-casting or metal-fabrication requests need their own material and route definition for the actual component.
Define the bed’s locating and support geometry
Show mounting faces, fitted openings and datum relationships that establish the bed within its machine assembly. Identify the material condition and final dimensions required by the design. The tolerance reference is 0.01 mm, with its affected dimensions, limits and measurement stage to be agreed separately from cast-state acceptance.
Assign machining and paint to the drawing
Drilling, milling, turning and grinding are the named operations. Mark where each is needed on the component and distinguish finished interfaces from cast areas. Baking paint and painting are surface choices; define the selected coverage and any masking required at contacting or locating surfaces.
Select inspection and analysis deliverables
X-ray or radiographic inspection, laser-tracker measurement and mechanical-property inspection are stated capabilities. Agree their actual scope and acceptance records for the machine bed. FEA is an analysis reference; identify the requested study and deliverable separately from physical inspection.
Identify the material documents
GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN and BS are standard references. Specify the applicable document and grade alongside quantity and the controlled revision. Connect sample or component approval to the same material, geometry and supplied condition used for the machine-bed quotation.
