Choose rough or precision-machined delivery
Identify the work required before delivery and the operations that remain with the receiving assembly process. The drawing should mark the controlled dimensions and the condition accepted at each area. This establishes a clear boundary between the casting geometry and the final interfaces requested for the machine design.
