Show the surfaces exposed to service and the interfaces locating the component within the mining assembly. Describe operating conditions relevant to the wear-resistance request. State the required properties, heat-treated condition and acceptance records appropriate to the chosen alloy.
Assign CMM inspection to functional dimensions
CMM is the listed dimensional-inspection resource. Mark the datums, fitted interfaces and dimensions requiring measurement, together with their limits and assessment stage. Agree the actual large-component manufacturing scope and inspection setup using the design being quoted.

Connect material, dimensional and visual approval to the drawing and intended duty so the production order concerns the large mining part that has been specified.
