Define whether the requested industrial component is a brass-machined part or an aluminum casting before preparing its quotation. This enquiry includes brass CNC machining and customer-requested surface treatment, with separate non-standard aluminum-alloy die- and coated-sand casting requests. Each deliverable needs its own material and blank specification.

Use machining-axis scope to describe the required work

The machining service names 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centers. Provide the geometry and finished dimensions so the required machining scope can be identified for the actual brass part. Axis count is a process resource reference; dimensional acceptance should be defined through the controlled drawing.

  • Supply 2D PDF/CAD drawings or 3D IGES/STEP geometry.
  • Identify a brass-machined part or an aluminum-casting enquiry.
  • Specify the material grade and finished dimensions.
  • Describe surface treatment and any assembly work required.

Define the boundary from machining to assembly

One-stop support from machining to assembly is included in the service scope. Identify the items to be assembled and the interfaces that must be controlled. State whether the requested delivery is an individual component or an assembly, and provide the associated acceptance requirements.

Give aluminum casting requests their own route

For an aluminum-alloy part, describe the die-casting or coated-sand casting requirement separately from the brass-machining enquiry. Select the alloy and required delivered condition for that design. Small orders are accepted, allowing the quotation to address the particular quantity, finishing and supply scope without assuming a shared configuration across these material choices.
