QC Control100% Inspecttion
Custom aluminum-alloy components can be requested through die or sand casting with precision CNC micro-machining. OEM size and color are customized, and small orders are accepted. Select the complete alloy and compatible route around the actual component drawing and required supplied condition.
Control the micro-machined interfaces
For the unsigned 0.005–0.01 mm reference, define applicable features, permitted deviations and the supplied stage used for assessment. Mark locating references and the relationships with adjoining components. Agree measurement conditions where several final interfaces must be assessed together.
Define brushed, polished or lacquered areas
Choose the finishing process and specify its coverage on the selected substrate. Identify the appearance, color and contact condition required at visible or working areas. Mark masking where the surface treatment affects the component’s dimensional acceptance or installed fit.
Set inspection and document requirements
The stated 100% inspection needs actual material, dimensional and surface checks for the chosen item. Any ISO9001:2018 or ROSH documentation request needs the complete identity, holder and applicable scope agreed. Define the acceptance records needed alongside that document request.
- State the small-order quantity and controlling aluminum-component revision.
- Distinguish cast-state regions from final CNC-controlled interfaces.
- Explain what an initial part must demonstrate in fit and appearance.
- Retain accepted alloy, geometry and finishing decisions with the order.
Use the approved supplied-state definition for repeat precision micro-machined aluminum component requests.
