Custom aluminum waterproof enclosures for outdoor electronic equipment can be requested through OEM casting supply. Select the complete alloy and compatible die-, investment-, vacuum- or sand-casting route. The actual enclosure drawing should establish geometry and the condition required for the chosen outdoor application.
Define the waterproof housing arrangement
Show joints, ports and mating relationships with the adjoining enclosure components. Specify the outdoor duty and acceptance criteria for the waterproof requirement. Identify locating references and dimensional limits governing the selected assembly’s fit.
Set the powder-coated supplied state
Black or white colors and powder coating are named options. Define coverage, appearance and final contact conditions for the chosen substrate. Mark any masking needed where coating affects dimensional assessment or the enclosure’s mating interfaces.
Prepare dimensional and component approval
Size follows client drawings. Distinguish regions accepted in the cast state from interfaces requiring another final result, with measurement conditions agreed. Identify material, dimensional and surface records needed to approve the actual housing against its intended outdoor use.
