Production CapacityFlexible Scheduling, Fast Response
Custom gray-iron floor plates can be requested through OEM sand casting to drawing-defined size, section thickness and surface requirements. Full-process service supports design and selected component supply, with flexible scheduling and fast response. Choose the complete gray-iron grade and required condition for the actual plate.
Define support and mounting relationships
Show the plate geometry and the contacts establishing its installed position. Identify the operating duty and the relationships with adjoining equipment or supports. Mark locating references and functional limits relevant to that selected design.
Set the required supplied surface
Distinguish cast-state regions from areas needing a particular final result. Specify appearance, contact conditions and any requested surface work on the chosen substrate. Establish measurement conditions where plate interfaces are assessed together for installation or working fit.
Agree process and finished-product checks
Inspection references cover raw-material control, heat-treatment condition and finished-product inspection. Define actual methods, characteristics and records required for the selected plate. Identify the material, dimensional and surface evidence needed to accept its supplied state.
- State the floor-plate quantity and controlling installation revision.
- Specify drawing-defined wall or section requirements at the relevant areas.
- Explain what an initial plate must demonstrate at its support interfaces.
- Retain accepted grade and mounting decisions with the component record.
Confirm subsequent castings against that approved plate geometry and its intended duty for the chosen support arrangement.
