Define the wheel around the connection geometry
Provide the rim shape, bore or shaft interface and any locating surfaces used during assembly. Mark the dimensions that determine how these areas relate to one another. If service load or rotational behavior affects the design, include the required criteria so they can be addressed for the selected wheel.
Choose the material and drawing-controlled style
Iron is the principal named material, with steel and aluminum as separate wheel requests. Specify the grade and actual manufacturing route required by the component. Design support can be discussed around the customer's drawing, keeping the accepted geometry and material definition together for the quotation.
Agree surface protection and inspection
Painting, sandblasting and oiling are named surface-treatment choices. Identify treated areas and any functional interfaces needing a different supplied condition. Request the applicable current supplier documents for the ISO9001:2008 qualification reference, and agree the dimensional and application-specific acceptance checks for the wheel being ordered.
