Drawing-based OEM/ODM service covers ductile- or gray-iron sand castings for industrial machinery and heavy-equipment projects. Choose raw-cast, semi-machined or fully machined supply. The selected state should match the work remaining in the customer’s manufacturing and assembly process.
Place CNC work where the assembly needs it
Turning, milling, drilling and boring are listed CNC services. Mark the dimensions and datums that control mounting, location and contact in the equipment. Tolerances follow the customer drawing; identify the measurement condition for the interfaces requiring finished acceptance.
- Specify the full iron grade and required condition.
- Assign blasting, painting, anti-rust or custom treatment to defined areas.
- Identify material-test requirements for the selected component.
- Set dimensional and visual inspection criteria.
- Select plywood-case or pallet packing with rust protection appropriate to exposed finished interfaces.
Explain the heavy-equipment duty
State operating loads and conditions relevant to the part’s design. Show the surrounding attachment geometry and any service access that affects its form. Use those requirements to establish component acceptance and the required supplied state for the actual industrial application.
Connect qualification to the order
Request applicable IATF16949 documents and scope alongside the part-specific approval records. Include quantity and the controlled revision, with a clear purpose for any initial sample. Carry the accepted grade, machining boundaries and surface definition into the production order so the delivered casting matches the agreed manufacturing stage.
