Finished cast-iron sand-casting enquiries include in-house CNC machining and turning with customized sizes and surfaces. OEM supply begins from a one-piece minimum. Specify the full iron grade and actual drawing for the component and required condition after machining.

Control finished interfaces through the drawing

Assign the 0.05 mm reference to selected dimensions, convention and acceptance stage. Mark datums and the relationships governing mounting, mating and working fit. Distinguish the general cast form from interfaces requiring CNC-finished geometry and defined measurement conditions.

Specify finish and custom identification

Painting, powder coating, plating and polishing are named choices. Define coverage, appearance and masking around the actual substrate and functional areas. For a customized logo, provide artwork, placement and the required visible result while keeping controlled working surfaces identifiable.

Set strict inspection and qualification scope

The stated 100% strict inspection should assess agreed material, dimensional and surface characteristics. Define methods and reporting needed for approval and request applicable ISO9001, RoHS and IATF16949 documents with their actual scope.

  • Supply 3D CAD, DWG, STEP or PDF information.
  • Provide quantity and the controlling revision.
  • Identify the final material and supplied condition.
  • Explain what an initial component must demonstrate, including logo and finished-surface areas checked within that approval.

Retain approved grade, CNC and surface changes with the drawing so production acceptance follows the actual iron casting, its custom identification and required finished-interface result.
