OEM pump fittings, valve bodies and machinery parts can be requested through gray- or ductile-iron green-clay/resin-sand casting with CNC work. Separate carbon- or alloy-steel components have water-glass casting scope. Select the complete grade and compatible route for the actual item.
Choose the material and molding arrangement
GG20 and GG30 are gray-iron references, while GGG45, GGG50 and EN-GJS-450 are ductile-iron references. Establish the full governing designation and condition without adding an unspecified suffix. A fully automatic sand-molding-line reference requires its selected equipment and production scope agreed for the work.
Separate cast and machined limits
Casting tolerance is CT5–CT9. Assign the unsigned 0.01 mm machining requirement to actual features and permitted deviations, with the supplied stage and measurement conditions defined. Mark the locating and mating relationships controlling the selected pump, valve or machinery component’s fit.
Select compatible surface treatment
Powder coating, painting, zinc/nickel plating and phosphating are named finishes. An anodizing request needs its compatible substrate and actual process specified independently. Identify coverage, appearance and working-contact requirements where treatment affects the part’s final condition.
- State the selected component’s quantity and controlling drawing revision.
- Describe the actual pump, valve or machinery duty.
- Identify material, dimensional and surface approval evidence.
- Retain accepted grade, route and interface decisions within the item record.
Confirm subsequent work against that approved component definition for its required service duty.
