Heat-resistant steel trays with a 1.4849 material reference can be requested through OEM/ODM resin-sand casting and shot blasting. Define the complete material standard, condition and actual tray drawing. The selected industrial heat duty should establish its required supplied geometry and acceptance criteria.

Describe the tray’s operating environment

Specify temperature, atmosphere and loading conditions for the intended service. Show support and mating interfaces with adjoining equipment. Connect these requirements to the chosen steel specification rather than relying on the heat-resistant description as a numerical operating rating.

Set hardness and dimensional acceptance

HRC60 is the hardness reference for the selected tray. Define its measurement location, method and supplied condition alongside the actual material requirement. Mark locating references and dimensional limits for the relationships controlling the tray’s fit and working position.

Define the shot-blasted supplied state

Identify treated areas and the required final surface at working or visible regions. Specify the contact and appearance criteria needed to accept the component after the selected finishing work. Keep the surface requirement tied to the agreed tray geometry and intended duty.

  • ANSI is a standard-family request; identify the complete governing document.
  • Request applicable ISO9001:2008 documentation and activity scope.
  • State tray quantity and the controlling equipment-component revision.
  • Identify material, dimensional and surface evidence required for approval.

Retain accepted heat-duty, material and interface decisions with the tray definition used for repeat supply.
