OEM/ODM aluminum die-casting parts are offered for industrial-component enquiries. Separate iron, brass, sand-casting and wax-casting requests should identify their own material and manufacturing route. Provide the customer 3D drawing and complete alloy requirement for the item being ordered.

Show the component’s actual working geometry

Sizes and dimensions follow customer drawings. Identify attachment, locating and contact interfaces and the relationships that control assembly. State the operating conditions relevant to the material choice, including the required condition in which the component will be used.

Specify the custom surface and color

Surface treatment and color follow customer requirements. Mark the areas receiving the selected finish and the appearance needed for approval. Define masking or a particular contact condition at functional interfaces so the final surface supports the component’s assembly requirements. Identify any approved color sample and how the final casting’s appearance will be assessed against it.

  • Provide quantity and the controlled drawing revision.
  • Identify cast-state and required finished areas.
  • State the material and dimensional acceptance records.
  • Explain what any reference sample demonstrates.

Agree approval for the selected casting supply

Request applicable ISO9001:2015 documentation and scope with the component-specific inspection brief. Identify the checks needed for the material, geometry and visible result. Keep the accepted grade, route and supplied state together through quotation and production approval, with any agreed drawing or finish changes attached to the actual part definition.
