Custom aluminum-alloy sand- or die-cast parts and separate stainless-steel or carbon-steel investment castings can be requested with CNC work. OEM/ODM shape, size and color are customized for the selected item. Choose the complete grade, compatible route and supplied condition for its industrial duty.

Define the component and CNC interfaces

Show mounting, locating and mating relationships with the adjoining equipment. Identify the dimensions requiring final machining and the references controlling their fit. Distinguish cast-state regions from interfaces assessed after CNC work, with functional limits and measurement conditions specified.

Set polished appearance and working contacts

Polishing is a named finish for the chosen component. Mark treated areas and define the final color, appearance and contact condition needed. Identify masking or different supplied surfaces where finishing affects installation or dimensional assessment.

Agree inspection for the selected material

The stated 100% inspection needs actual checks and acceptance records for the ordered part. Specify the material, dimensional and surface evidence needed to approve its supplied state. Explain what an initial component must demonstrate against the actual mating assembly.

  • Wooden-case packing is referenced for the component.
  • Define protection for finished interfaces and visible surfaces.
  • State the selected item’s quantity and controlling drawing revision.
  • Retain approved grade, route and CNC decisions within the component record.

Confirm further castings against that accepted geometry, finishing and selected industrial-service definition.
