Dental-chair lift-arm enquiries include ASTM A536 Grade65-45-12 ductile-iron resin-sand castings, with separately specified stainless-steel investment components. OEM/ODM supply should define the actual arm, mold or other part and its complete material requirements. Customized size and structural design follow the selected drawing.
Set equipment-arm and material boundaries
Aluminum alloy, stainless steel, titanium alloy and cast iron are separate component requests. Select the compatible resin-sand, investment- or die-casting route for each actual item. State the attachment geometry and equipment duty behind the heavy-duty requirement, with applicable assembly acceptance identified.
Scope mold and CNC work
Precision mold making, CNC machining, five-axis milling and CNC-lathe processing are named services. Identify included tooling and the interfaces requiring finished geometry. Mark dimensional limits, locating references and measurement conditions for the selected component’s final fit.
Define prototype and inspection acceptance
Prototype-to-mass supply is offered with strict full-process inspection. Specify actual checks, records and the characteristics an initial item must demonstrate. Automotive, electronics, home-hardware and mechanical requests require their own duty and acceptance rather than inheriting the dental-chair application.
- State the lift arm, mold or separate component quantity and revision.
- Identify material, dimensional and surface approval evidence.
- Define the required supplied condition at attachment interfaces.
- Retain accepted grade and structural decisions within the item record.
Confirm subsequent parts against the approved equipment design and its applicable component requirements.
