Custom carbon-steel sand-casting enquiries are available for railway components, with separate cast-iron, stainless-steel or aluminum parts. OEM/ODM size follows the actual customer drawing. Specify the full grade, required material condition and compatible route for each component being ordered.

Define railway function and assembly interfaces

Show mounting, locating and working geometry with the datums controlling fit. State the actual railway service and any project-specific acceptance or approval requirements. Keep a separately requested material component’s function and drawing attached to its own supply definition.

Specify the actual final surface

Identify the required process for a compatible substrate, with coverage, appearance and contact conditions at working interfaces. Distinguish cast-state areas from surfaces needing a particular finished result or further work. Put dimensional limits and measurement conditions on the drawing.

Agree inspection and order quantity

The minimum order is 100 pieces and 100% inspection is stated. Define the actual material checks, controlled dimensions and reporting needed for component approval. Explain what an initial part must demonstrate before its grade, geometry and supplied state are accepted.

  • Provide quantity and the controlling revision.
  • Packing combines bubble protection, carton and wooden case.
  • Specify protection for finished mating interfaces, including railway contact areas assessed together when confirming the actual assembly fit.
  • Retain approved material and surface changes with the order.

Keep production acceptance tied to the selected railway component and its actual material, service-duty and delivered-condition requirements.
