Aluminum- or zinc-alloy components can be requested through OEM/ODM sand or die casting with customized size. Select the complete grade, compatible route and required supplied state for the actual part. Construction and machinery applications should define their own working duty and acceptance requirements.

Define the casting and equipment allocation

Casting-equipment references are 500T–1250T. Agree the actual equipment class and process allocation relevant to the selected work. Show component geometry and the mounting or mating relationships controlling installation, rather than treating the equipment labels as part dimensions.

Assign precision and final interfaces

For the unsigned 0.01 mm tolerance requirement, identify controlled features and permitted deviations. Establish the processing stage and measurement conditions for assessment. Distinguish cast-state regions from interfaces needing a particular final result for the chosen component.

Set finishing and appearance approval

Polished, painted and electroplated finishes are named options. Define the selected process, substrate and treated areas, including any contacts requiring masking. Specify appearance and final contact criteria needed to accept the supplied surface.

  • Color options include red, green, blue, silver and black.
  • State component quantity and the controlling drawing revision.
  • Identify material, dimensional and surface approval records.
  • Request applicable ISO9001:2008 documents and activity scope.

Explain what an initial alloy casting must demonstrate at its working interfaces. Retain accepted grade, equipment allocation and appearance decisions within the part definition used to confirm repeat supply.
