Custom aluminum or zinc automotive components are available for OEM/ODM casting enquiries through a selected die, gravity or sand route. Choose the complete alloy and compatible process for the actual drawing. The minimum order is 100 pieces for the component request.
Describe the automotive component’s role
Show the mounting, locating and mating relationships within the selected assembly. State the operating duty and required material condition relevant to that design. Customized size should be expressed through the geometry and limits controlling the part’s installed fit.
Identify the optional finished interfaces
Define where machining is required after casting and distinguish those contacts from cast-state areas. Mark the references used to establish dimensional acceptance. Include measurement conditions for relationships evaluated together when approving the final component.
Specify the requested surface result
Surface treatment follows customer demand. Select a suitable process for the chosen alloy and define its coverage, appearance and working-contact condition. Identify masking where the selected treatment affects the component’s final dimensional or assembly requirements.
- Packing combines poly bag, inner box and carton.
- Define protection for the automotive part’s finished interfaces.
- State quantity and the controlling component revision.
- Identify material, dimensional and surface evidence required for approval.
Explain any initial-part assessment needed for the chosen automotive application. Retain accepted grade, route and finishing decisions with the approved casting definition when requesting subsequent components.
