Quality Control100% Inspected
Custom bronze industrial components can be requested through OEM/ODM sand casting and shot blasting. Select the complete bronze grade and required material condition for the actual drawing. The component’s working relationships and intended duty should establish its supplied geometry and acceptance requirements.
Define bronze and governing document requirements
Specify the full governing standard for an ATSM requirement, including edition and grade coverage. Identify the material evidence needed to establish acceptance of the selected bronze. Keep that definition connected to the actual component and its required supplied state.
Control the casting’s functional fit
Show mounting, locating and contacting relationships with adjoining industrial equipment. Mark dimensional limits and measurement conditions on the interfaces governing installation or operation. Distinguish cast-state regions from areas needing a particular final result for the selected design.
Specify blasted surfaces and inspection
Identify shot-blasted areas and the appearance or final contact result required. The stated 100% inspection needs actual methods, measured characteristics and records agreed for the component. Define the material, dimensional and surface evidence used for initial approval.
- Request applicable ISO9001:2008 documents and relevant activity scope.
- State the bronze part’s quantity and controlling design revision.
- Describe the operating environment and material condition required.
- Retain accepted grade and surface decisions within the component record.
Confirm subsequent castings against the approved industrial duty and its required geometry and supplied condition.
