New-design models, ornamentation and artware can be requested through OEM/ODM enquiries involving 3D sand printing and sand casting. Define whether the supplied item is a sand mold/core, model, tool or finished part. Customized size and color should follow that actual deliverable and design.
Choose material and service boundaries
Materials include stainless steel, PLA, resin, nylon and aluminum alloy, with separate brass, copper and steel-alloy capability references. The service has non-CNC and non-micro-machining boundaries. Select the material, incoming form and compatible process for the individual item.
Scope the requested operations
Broaching, drilling, etching or chemical machining, laser machining, milling, turning, wire EDM and rapid prototyping are named enquiries. Define the actual method and supplied result within the stated service boundaries. Medical, automotive, architecture/design and education applications need their own functional and appearance acceptance.
- The minimum order is one piece.
- 2D files include PDF, CAD, DWG and DXF.
- 3D files include STL, STP, STEP, OBJ, 3MF, X-T and IGES.
- Packing can use carton or wooden box.
Establish model or component approval
Mark the geometry, interfaces and dimensional limits relevant to the selected deliverable. Specify material, dimensional and surface records needed for its assessment. State quantity and the controlling design revision, retaining approved shape, color and supply-scope decisions with the model or component definition used for subsequent requests for that selected application and supplied item.
