Custom stainless-steel industrial components are available through investment- or sand-casting enquiries for OEM/ODM supply. Size and color are customized to the selected item. Choose the complete stainless grade and required condition around the actual drawing and intended working duty.
Describe the industrial component’s interfaces
Show where the part mounts, locates or contacts adjoining equipment. Identify dimensional relationships governing installation and the references used to assess them. Define the functional limits and measurement conditions required for that selected design.
Set precision and supplied-surface requirements
Distinguish regions accepted in the cast state from areas needing a particular final result. Identify visible surfaces, color approval and working-contact conditions. Agree the compatible finishing process required to achieve those results rather than relying on a general precision description.
Define order unit and component protection
The minimum-quantity reference is 1000, with the unit to establish for the order. Carton packing is named for the supplied item. Specify protection for the stainless component’s finished interfaces and appearance within that packing arrangement.
Agree the part approval record
Provide quantity and the controlling component revision, identifying material, dimensional and surface evidence needed for acceptance. Explain any initial-item assessment required against the mating equipment. Describe the visual and functional relationships the first stainless component must demonstrate. Keep approved grade, geometry and color decisions with the part definition used for subsequent industrial casting requests.
