Industrial casting enquiries should identify the material and finished component to be supplied. This OEM/ODM service includes grey-iron and ductile-iron sand castings with CNC machining, alongside stainless-steel, carbon-steel and aluminum-alloy requests. Surface treatment follows customer requirements.
Select the grade and component drawing
Name the complete material designation and applicable standard. Show the geometry and interfaces that control assembly or operation. Each selected metal and manufacturing route should have a defined component requirement rather than share an assumed process or material specification.
- Provide the drawing revision and material grade.
- State quantity and the required casting scope.
- Mark dimensions needing finished machining.
- Define the 0.01 mm requirement by controlled dimension.
- Describe the required surface treatment and supplied condition.
- Identify inspection records needed for the order.
Apply the tolerance reference at the correct stage
The supplied tolerance reference is 0.01 mm. Identify the numerical convention and production stage to which the requirement applies. Separate the casting dimensions from the finished CNC interfaces so the drawing establishes the relevant acceptance for each.
Agree inspection and delivered-part requirements
The service states 100% inspection, with bubble protection, carton and wooden-case packing named. Define the dimensions and surface characteristics to be checked for the ordered component. Customer-required finishing should be described explicitly, including interfaces needing particular instructions. The grade, geometry and supplied condition should establish one coherent industrial casting order.
