Connecting-bracket bases and heavy iron components can be requested through lost-wax or sand casting with CNC processing. OEM/ODM size and surface requirements are customized. Select the actual bracket or separate alloy component around its mounting function and required supplied condition.

Select the grade and working duty

Material choices include alloy cast steel, carbon cast steel, ductile/nodular iron, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, zinc alloy, magnesium alloy and gray cast iron. Establish the complete grade and compatible route for each item. Agricultural, engineering-machinery and automotive requests need the operating duty of the selected component.

Define bracket-base interfaces and finish

Show the connecting and supporting relationships with adjoining equipment, marking datums and dimensions used to assess installation. Identify surfaces requiring CNC work and distinguish them from cast-state regions. Polishing, sandblasting, color anodizing and plating require a compatible substrate and specified coverage or final contact condition.

  • Inspection references are MT, UT, RT and CMM.
  • Assign each method, examination area and acceptance record to the bracket or selected part.
  • Governing families include ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF, AS and AAR.
  • Identify complete documents and requirements for the actual grade and component.

Confirm the bracket supply brief

State quantity, drawing revision and any initial-part assessment for the intended mounting arrangement. Specify material, dimensional and surface records needed for approval. Retain accepted geometry and processing changes with that component’s order definition.
