Custom lost-wax or sand-casting enquiries serve industrial-machinery and automotive components, with separately selected aluminum die-cast parts. OEM/ODM sizes, dimensions and colors follow customer requirements. Define the actual component, complete material specification and compatible manufacturing route for each item.
Choose the material around the part’s working role
Capabilities include aluminum, steel, copper, alloys, brass, hard metal and precision metal. Identify the full grade and required condition rather than using a broad material label as the order specification. Show mounting, locating and contacting interfaces in the intended assembly.
Define optional machining and the final surface
Machining can be included where needed after casting. Mark controlled dimensions, datums and measurement conditions at the finished interfaces. Specify surface treatment, coverage, appearance and masking where the final result affects assembly fit or the component’s working contacts.
Set the approval and qualification brief
Identify material, dimensional and surface records needed to accept the selected supplied state. Request applicable CE documentation with its covered object and actual scope. Explain what a sample or initial component must demonstrate about geometry, material or appearance.
- Provide quantity and the controlling revision.
- State the actual industrial or automotive duty.
- Identify cast-state and finished-interface boundaries.
- Retain approved grade, route and color changes with the drawing.
Keep production acceptance connected to the actual casting and any included machining or surface work for its intended equipment role.
