Custom motorcycle-engine and car-part casting enquiries include aluminum, brass or steel, with separately selected magnesium and zinc components. OEM/ODM design and customized services follow the actual drawing. Choose the complete grade and compatible sand, gravity or die-casting route for each item.
Define the engine accessory or vehicle component
Show mounting, mating and working interfaces within the intended assembly. State the operating duty and required material condition for the actual part. Identify the controlled geometry needed to establish installation and functional fit for the selected motorcycle or automotive design.
Assign dimensions and treatment to the supplied stage
Sizes are customized. Apply the ±0.02 mm reference to identified dimensions, measurement conditions and the actual acceptance stage. Painting, sandblasting and oiling are named treatments; specify coverage, appearance and contact requirements around the chosen substrate.
Set the design and qualification brief
Provide 2D or 3D IGS or STP information and identify the controlling files and revision. Request applicable TS16949 documentation and scope alongside material and dimensional approval records. Explain what an initial component must demonstrate before the design and supplied state are accepted.
- Provide quantity and the complete material condition.
- Define the mold and component supply boundaries.
- Identify cast-state and finished-interface requirements.
- Retain approved geometry and finish changes with the drawing.
Keep production acceptance connected to the actual engine accessory or car part and its selected manufacturing scope.
