    Customer's 3D Drawing

Industrial stainless-steel investment castings are offered through OEM/ODM enquiries with a zircon-sand process requirement. This is a request for a defined metal component and its manufacturing proposal. Select the complete grade and required solution-treated condition for the customer’s 3D drawing.

Define the shell or molding requirement

Describe how the zircon-sand request applies to the intended investment-casting work. Identify the component geometry and the areas governing its production and acceptance. Keep the process requirement attached to the chosen part rather than substituting a general molding-material enquiry for the finished casting.

Establish the thermal and dimensional condition

Specify the solution heat-treatment requirement for the selected stainless grade. Show the condition in which interfaces must meet the customer’s dimensions and tolerances. Mark any areas needing optional machining, their permitted limits and the measurement references used to assess final fit.

  • State the industrial component’s working duty and required quantity.
  • Identify the controlling 3D design revision and mating geometry.
  • Define material and dimensional evidence needed for initial approval.

Set the sandblasted surface acceptance

Sandblasting is offered for the component’s surfaces. Mark its coverage and the final appearance or contact condition required, including any areas needing protection during treatment. Identify the actual ISO document and applicable scope required by the order. Keep accepted process, thermal and surface decisions connected to the same supplied-part definition when confirming later casting work.
