Custom stainless-steel component enquiries include selected investment- or sand-casting routes with polished surfaces. Precision die-casting requests are separately defined for a compatible material and item. OEM/ODM sizes follow the customer’s 3D drawing, with the actual grade and supplied state to specify.

Define the component and functional geometry

Show mounting, locating and mating relationships within the intended assembly. Mark datums and dimensional limits governing fit. Identify the cast-state form and the interfaces requiring a particular final condition, with measurement requirements appropriate to the actual drawing.

Set polished appearance and custom color

Color is customized. Define the selected surface result, polished coverage and appearance reference. Identify contact areas needing a particular condition and any masking where the finish affects installation or working geometry.

Agree order quantity and inspection

The minimum order is one piece and 100% inspection is stated. Define actual methods, controlled characteristics and material or dimensional approval records for the selected component. Identify the polished surfaces checked together when confirming the component’s accepted appearance. Explain what an initial part must demonstrate before the drawing and supplied result are accepted.

  • Provide quantity and the controlling revision.
  • Identify the casting route and material condition for each item.
  • Specify customized packing and finished-interface protection.
  • Retain approved geometry and appearance changes with the drawing.

Keep the selected grade and delivered-state definition connected to production approval of the actual stainless casting or separately specified die-cast component.
