Custom ductile-iron floor tiles and heavy-load flooring can be requested with sand casting and QT400–QT700 material references. Gray-iron, cast-steel and cast-aluminum components are separate selections. Identify the complete grade and actual floor or component drawing for each enquiry.
Define the flooring support and working load
Show the tile geometry, support arrangement and connections to adjoining sections. State the actual load duty and acceptance requirements relevant to the design. Size, wall thickness and specification follow drawings, with datums and dimensional limits governing the supplied fit.
Select surface work for the substrate
Painting, spraying, electroplating, sandblasting, grinding and oxidation are named requests. Define the selected process, coverage and appearance. Identify working or contacting surfaces requiring a particular final condition, with masking and surface-acceptance criteria where finishing affects use.
Set material and finished-component inspection
Inspection includes raw-material control, heat-treatment condition and finished products. Specify applicable methods and the records needed for approval of the chosen material and geometry. Distinguish cast-state requirements from any further work needed to reach the final supplied condition.
- Full-process service includes the design and supplied component.
- Agree actual scheduling and order coordination.
- Machinery, industrial, automotive and medical requests need their own duty.
- Provide quantity, revision and component-specific acceptance records.
Retain approved material, support and finish changes with the drawing so production acceptance follows the actual flooring or separately specified component.
